Customers ordering merchandise via phone/internet may use all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Personal Check (must clear account before we ship), Cashier's Check, Money Order, Paypal, and Bank Wire Transfer (coordinates provided upon request). Using a credit card or Paypal? You can purchase and checkout immediately through the website.
For in-store sales we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Cashier's Check, Money Order, Gift Certificate, and Good Old Fashioned Cash. For lesson payments only, we will take a personal check.
To put a higher-value guitar or amp on hold for 30 days, we require a $500 deposit (refundable). To layaway lower priced items, contact us. We will work something out with you. To order a guitar that is not in stock, or, a custom piece, the deposit must be at least $500 or 20% of the total, whichever is greater, and is non-refundable.
