Based on specs drawn from Cochrans actual guitar, the G6120 features a rocket-fueled pickup combo of a DynaSonic single-coil bridge pickup and Lindy Fralin “Dog Ear” single-coil neck pickup with a two-piece maple neck that has a 9.5” neck radius. The handsome Grover V98G Sta-Tite tuners match the Western Maple stain perfectly and the Gretsch “G” logo recalls Cochran’s heyday when slick guitar-slingers ruled the stage. Complete with single-ply headstock binding and western-themed pearloid inlays, the G6120 is equal parts collector’s item and high-quality guitar with fast, sleek playing.
