This '59 reissue has a great finish that we don't get to see a lot of: brockburst. Similar to bourbonburst, brockburst has a beautiful deep red color on the edges of the top that tie in nicely into the cherry back and sides. The top on this one looks especially interesting, with the flames "weaving" around the top, making almost quilt-like patterns. Just another reason to stop for a minute and admire the natural beauty of a flame maple top.
