One of the craziest relic jobs by the Custom Shop that we've seen come through the doors of the Zoo, this is an awesome '63 Telecaster Custom, teambuilt by the Fender Custom Shop. This guitar looks and feels like an instrument that has been dragged through and played in every dive bar it ever passed by. The back of the guitar has a ton of bare alder exposed, and the back of the neck has had a majority of lacquer worn away. The narrow jumbo frets and 9.5" fretboard radius give the guitar an update of modern playability, and the Abby handwound pickups give the tone an excellent Tele bite.
