The guitar was played by Eddie on stage with Twisted Sister, and you can see evidence of such in the play wear around the body. The guitar had a groundwire re-attached DIY-style by Eddie on the back of the body. The guitar includes the original hard case, however the inside accessory pocket has become unattached.
