Godin Fretted, Steel String MultiOud

NAMM 2012  One of the most unique instruments on the market is Godin’s 11-string MultiOud, taking its inspiration from ancient middle Eastern instruments.  Now, Godin is bringing the Oud into 2012 with the addition of frets and steel strings, bringing the unique sound of the MultiOud to guitarists who aren’t completely comfortable making the transition to fretless.  Naturally, the onboard Aura system keeps everything sounding great amplified onstage.
