Fender Announces New Limited Edition American Special Mustang Electric Guitars

Fender has just announced a limited edition set of American Special Mustangs, built for all the garage rockers and short scale fanatics out there! And while we're not knocking those MIM or MIJ Mustangs, it's nice to see a USA built model.

The American Special Mustang is your classic and familiar 24" scale offset, infused with some much-needed modern features, including a pair of Fender Atomic humbuckers, and an Adjusto-Matic bridge and stoptail so you don't have to worry about your intonation or tuning.

The American Special Mustang is available in either Natural or Olympic White, and also boasts an alder body, maple neck with 9.5" radius, and a tortoise pickguard.
