xtSA Koa

NAMM 2013 Here’s some easy math for you: Godin guitars + highly figured koa tops = very happy Music Zoo staff.  This new xtSA by Godin features a killer looking koa top, along with electronics that make this guitar incredibly versatile.  The guitar is built with a silver leaf maple body center with poplar wings, a mahogany neck with a 25.5″ scale length and a 16″ radius ebony fretboard.

The electronics are Godin humbuckers in the neck and bridge with a single-coil in the middle, master volume and tone controls, a synth master volume, 5-way pickup switch, tremolo bridge with RMC transducers, a custom pre-amp with 3-band EQ for the acoustic tones, and three outputs; electric, acoustic/mix, 13 pin for Roland GRTM synths & most other 13 pin devices.
