The Music Zoo Celebrates our 30th Anniversary with the Charvel, Fender

Reflecting on Ultimate Relics, favorite guitarists, memorable builds with Dale Wilson, Jason Smith, 'Red' Dave Nichols, Dennis Galuszka & More Masterbuilders!

Right before the start of NAMM 2024, we took a trip to the Fender Custom Shop facility in Corona, California to catch up with our friends, pick wood and build some guitars! The timing couldn't have been better, as The Music Zoo is currently celebrating our 30th Anniversary, having been started by owner Tommy Colletti in 1994 in just a small storefront on Northern Boulevard in Queens.

We took the time to speak with the Masterbuilders of the Charvel, Fender and Jackson Custom Shops and ask them to walk down Music Zoo memory lane with us. This was a really fun set of interviews and it was great see everyone at the Fender, Charvel and Jackson Custom Shops.
