Here is an excellent 2008 Gibson Custom Shop ’59 Les Paul. This guitar was from a limited run of exotic wood guitars and features a quilt maple top with Korina body and neck. All other specs are stock ’59 reissue. The natural finish is in perfect condition and lets the wood shine through. Overall this piece has been extremely well kept with no issues to note. It has a warm and percussive honk off the body with good clarity. It has an openness about it that allows the notes to bloom and sing out fully. Overall it is a great sounding instrument. It ships in the original case which is a triangle-shaped Lifton that was limited in 2008.
