We'll Ship To Your Door




The Music Zoo will ship your guitar, amplifier, pedal, or accessories right to your door.  All orders over $100 placed through the website qualify for free shipping*!

We ship worldwide using FedEx and United States Parcel Service (USPS).  Some manufacturers do not allow us to sell outside of the United States.  Please contact us for more information on restricted brands if you live outside the U.S.  All shipments within New York State are subject to sales tax.

 

Ships Within 24 Hours

When you see this on our website, the product you're looking at is in stock and ready to ship immediately. As long as we receive your order before 3pm, we usually have no trouble getting it out the door the same day. If for some reason there is a delay processing your order, we will contact you right away.

 

Ships Within 3-4 Weeks

If this message appears on a product's page, we are currently backordered on that item. It's likely that we will have it in stock again sooner than 3-4 weeks; usually these items are already on their way to us. You may still purchase an out-of-stock item on the website, and we will send it to you as soon as possible. For a detailed ETA on any item, feel free to email us.

 

Packaging

Most items ship in the original manufacturer's box. Every item that leaves The Zoo is professionally packed and fully insured for the purchase price.  Guitars that do not come with a case are double boxed.  We ship many items every day, and our shipping department knows how to keep your gear safe during transit.

 

Real Time Shipping Quotes

All orders over $100 placed online recieve Free U.S. Shipping* (FedEx Ground), but how much will it cost to get the item faster?  You can use the shipping calculator on our website to get an actual quote for different levels of service for the items in your basket.  After entering a valid shipping address on the checkout page, you'll see the different options with actual prices.  You do not need to enter any payment information or commit to buy anything to reach this page, just your name and address. 

 

International Orders

International shipments are generally subject to Customs Duties (VAT Charges) above and beyond the purchase price and shipping charged by The Music Zoo.  We do not lower declared values on international packages. Customers should consult Customs in their own country about these additional charges prior to purchasing.

Other Shipping Agents (i.e. UPS, DHL)

You may choose to use your own shipping account, but you'll need to contact our sales dept for arrangements. In using your own shipping account you assume all liability for damaged and lost shipments, though we can assist you in providing documentation regarding the value of the item. We strongly encourage you to insure your shipment for the full purchase price.

 

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives with any issue or amount of damage not disclosed prior to purchase, please hold the item, be sure to retain all packing materials and contact us immediately. Please allow us the opportunity to help prior to lodging a claim with your credit card company or PayPal. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and inspected immediately. Please do not send the item back yourself unless instructed by The Music Zoo, this will greatly complicate the process. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you in full if the item is not replaceable.
