The Epiphone KillPot™
Posted on by Walter Bryant
The staccato effect was quite startling when it was first heard in the 60’s. Guitarists like Pete Townshend, Jimmy Page and Jimi Hendrix, first created the effect by flipping their pickup selector toggle switch rapidly between pickup settings.
The Epiphone KillPot™ is integrated into a tone pot and creates the same effect via its own dedicated control, providing a longer lasting and more reliable alternative to aggressively abusing your toggle switch.
