Video – Taylor 400 Series Guitars At The Music Zoo!

Our good friends Mike and Kenny from Taylor guitars stopped by to give an insightful demonstration of the 400 Series, comparing the tonal differences between African Ovangkol and the new Indian Rosewood version!

One of the most popular tonewoods in the history of steel-string acoustic guitar, Indian rosewood, is now a dedicated offering within the Taylor 400 Series. Rosewood joins another rich-voiced tonewood within the series, African Ovangkol, giving players a choice between two woods for the back and sides. Both woods are paired with a Sitka spruce top. The rosewood models are designated by an “R” in their model name. Both models are available at The Music Zoo!
