1983 #2556 'The Black Demon' Item Description

Vintage Charvel collectors and aficionados might recognize this one before we even tell you which guitar it is. This is serial #2556, a guitar built in 1983 that's been known as the "Black Demon" - owned by Keith Scott, guitarist for Bryan Adams as well as seeing stage time with Bryan. The guitar has been a mainstay throughout Bryans career; Keith plays it during the band performance section of the 'Summer of '69' music video as well as Bryan playing this guitar alongside Tina Turner in the video for "It's Only Love".

The guitar was previously owned by our friend Mike Hickey, a well-known Charvel collector and killer guitarist in his own right who played The Black Demon on-stage with Venom. The guitar includes a signed letter of authenticity written by Mike that tells the history of the guitar along with all of the specs changed to the guitar over time. It's a hell of a collectible piece, and we consider ourselves lucky to be able to hold this one in person. It includes an assortment of pictures with Keith Scott and Bryan Adams with the guitar, even a picture of Keith playing with David Bowie!
