From the mind of renowned Masterbuilder Todd Krause comes this pre-owned Builder Select '50s Control Plate Strat! The guitar looks to still be in great shape, and includes the original case with trem arm and COA. The lightweight alder body is finished in 3-Tone Sunburst and features a vintage-style aluminum plate between the single-ply black phenolic pickguard and pots/switch for authentic, original-era Strat tone. Besides reducing 60-cycle hum, this plate also �rounds off� the upper harmonics of the hand wound Fender Custom Shop pickups, generating warm, expressive tone that�s full of soul.
