John Page is among the greatest living custom luthiers, co-founding and leading the Fender Custom Shop for its first 12 years. Renowned for creating legendary guitars for artists including Eric Clapton, Pete Townshend, David Gilmour, Elliot Easton and Cesar Rosas, John has struck out on his own with John Page Guitars.

This is a special edition of the JPC AJ , with a Blonde Translucent finish over an ash body, with a tinted amber finish to the maple neck and board, paired with the classic look of a tortoiseshell pickguard! The AJ is a redesign of a single-cutaway guitar that John Page designed back when he started his own shop in 2006. Originally with a humbucker in the neck, the AJ now features a more well-matched P-90 to the single-coil bridge pickup, a manageable 13” lower bout on the body, medium “C” shaped maple neck, and a 3-saddle brass bridge.
