An older sibling to the highly successful SC-13E, the special features a gloss sunburst finished sitka Spruce top, Ziricote veneers for the body (as opposed to the original Koa veneer) and an upgraded LR Baggs Element electronics system! This is truly one of the most comfortable acoustic guitars that one can pick up - especially if you're used to the feel of an electric guitar. The SC-13E Special with its patented Sure Align® neck system gives you full access to all frets so you can comfortably reach those high notes. It’s also equipped with a low-profile velocity neck barrel that ergonomically accommodates your hand as you move up the neck, giving you the comfort and playability of the electric that you're used to!
