This is a killer looking vintage Iceman, made by Ibanez in 1978 with a Sunburst finish. The Iceman is one of the coolest Ibanez shapes, embraced by players from Paul Stanley to Sam Totman and Daron Malakian. The IC-400 is built with a maple top on a mahogany body, parallelogram inlays, two Ibanez Super 80 humbuckers, a Gibraltar bridge, and gold hardware. Along some point in its life, a pre-amp was installed in the guitar, hence the toggle on/off switch on the top. It’s a great feature to get some drive to your amp right from the guitar. This Iceman is in great playing condition – there are some dings around the body, and a crack in the binding on the bass side of the fretboard around the fifth fret – it doesn’t seem to be spreading and doesn’t really hinder the playability of the guitar.
Includes: Unoriginal Hardshell Case
