The double carved Mahogany top and Mahogany back are a single piece of Mahogany for a tone and sustain that has to be heard to be believed. The Mahogany neck is topped with a classic Ebony fingerboard that features hand-rolled binding to get this guitar as close to original specifications as possible. All the small details from the Top Hat control knobs, to the authentically shaded plastics, to the classic Les Paul peghead veneer have been carefully recreated. The thin Ebony nitrocellulose lacquer finish is wet sanded by hand for a vintage style look and feel.
