Used Model 1 LBU-CP Mahogany Body Electric Guitar Item Description
We have a preowned Rick Turner Model 1 LBU-CP guitar in excellent condition, with only some light marks on the back. This is the guitar made famous by Lindsey Buckingham and more recently by John Mayer. It features a chambered mahogany body and a five-piece maple neck with a rosewood fretboard. Details include twenty-four 6150 frets, a 24-3/4" scale length, Gotoh tuners, and a Schaller roller bridge with a Turner tailpiece. The Model 1 is highly regarded for its electronics; using a single Turner High Clarity humbucker pickup that can be split into single-coil mode, a piezo pickup, and also an active preamp with a semi-parametric EQ, the Model 1 can deliver everything from convincing acoustic tones to searing lead tones.
