Gibson Victory guitars are back! Watch our Demo Video & Product Review Now!
Gibson reissues the 1980s Victory model with new player-friendly features and fun finish options!
Originally introduced in 1981, the double-cutaway Victory design was a way for Gibson to give players of the era who wanted a humbucker doublecut "super" guitar a way to own a Gibson! It's always been regarded as somewhat of a cult-classic, and we're glad to see it back in production with some excellent options!
The Victory as it's built in 2024 has a set-neck construction with gloss finishes on flame top models or a satin finish for the models with full mahogany bodies. They feature a 25.5" scale length, stopbar tailpiece and two '80s Tribute humbuckers that give you a loud, clear Rock tone that clean up really nicely with the volume rolled back and especially with the coils split via the individual push-pull controls.
