2011 Fender Custom Deluxe Telecaster
Posted on by ZooKeeper
New for 2011, the Custom Deluxe Telecaster from Fender Custom Shop is moving the classic Telecaster firmly into the world of high performance guitars. We like modern features on our Fenders at The Music Zoo and these felt just right in our hands. Features include a lightweight ash body with access heel and urethane finish, satin-finished AA birdseye maple neck with mid-’50s (10/’56) large V shape, 22 fret maple or rosewood fingerboard with 9.5″ radius and 6105 frets, Twisted Tele neck pickup, Seymour Duncan BG-1400 bridge pickup, three-way switching with modern Tele wiring and Greasebucket tone control circuit, black Bakelite pickguard, custom bridge, staggered tuners, and wing string tree. Retail is $3,900.00 including blonde case. We had to do it our way, so we ordered some of these for The Music Zoo in custom colors!
