Ernie Ball Music Man Introduces New Reimagined 2018 StingRay Special Bass
Some of the biggest news of the year stems from our good friends at Ernie Ball Music Man! They've just introduced the all-new revoiced, reimagined, and reborn StingRay bass! Already a classic and one of the most recognizable instruments in the world, the StingRay Special is now poised to become a modern classic.
The 2018 StingRay has plenty to boast about! It now features enhanced body contours for a lighter weight, and a new 5-bolt neck joint for extreme comfort. It sports a 22 fret roasted maple neck, new lighter weight tuners and a lightweight bridge, and a new 3-band, 18v preamp utilizing neodymium pickup magnets for more clean headroom.
