Gibson Custom Dickey Betts SG Unveiled

The latest addition to the pantheon of Gibson Custom Shop tribute guitars is the Dickey Betts “From One Brother To Another” SG.  This is a dead nuts replica of the ’61 SG that Dickey would hand to Duane Allman during live performances when a freshly tuned guitar was needed.  After so many great Les Pauls have received the aged/tribute treatment, we like seeing a faithfully aged SG, and this one promises to be the real deal; the original guitar was digitally scanned at Gibson’s headquarters so even the tiniest detail wouldn’t go overlooked.   Just 75 Aged/Signed versions (MAP: $6,999) will be made – signed by Dickey Betts, of course – followed by 250 VOS editions (MAP: $4299).  Want one?  Act fast, and put in your pre-order today!
