Guitar Showcase: Jackson Roswell Rhoads Guitars!
Posted on by Walter Bryant
We've captured a duo of UFOs for your viewing pleasure; a pair of Jackson Roswell Rhoads guitars that are quite frankly out of this world!
The first of the pair is an aluminum version from 1996, and number 19 of just 123 built. Weighing in at just over 9 pounds, this is no child's play-toy, and you'll begin to realize the incredible attention to detail the folks at Jackson paid to this axe the closer you look. From the perforated body and polished sides, to the space-aged volume knob and "crop-circle" inlays, you won't ever get bored looking at this thing. The second of the pair, built a few years later in 1999, offers the same intriguing galactic body shape and unique inlays short of a few extra details, bringing it to a much lower price-point. Get a closer look at them both in the photos below (click them to view in hi-res!), then click the links to view the guitars in our online store for a full list of specs!
