File this one under one of the coolest Charvel's we've ever seen (and we've seen quite a few)! Meet the Charvel x Powell Peralta “McGill” San Dimas model - Custom built by John Mayer and Charvel Guitars! A Custom Shop San Dimas with a relic blue finish emblazoned with official Mike McGill skateboard deck graphics as seen on Powell Peralta boards that were super popular in the 1980s.
Hand painted by Charvel legend Dan Lawrence, the guitar even has matching blue pickup mounts and blue speed knobs to represent street-style wheels. The relic work on the body even makes it look like it's done a couple of rail slides itself. This one is next level, hats off to John and the Charvel Custom Shop for this one! Will we take some inspiration from this and run with it? We'll see...
