While on the Generation Axe tour with legendary guitarists such as Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Tosin Abasi and Zakk Wylde, Extreme guitarist and Washburn artist Nuno Bettencourt stopped by The Music Zoo to give us an in-depth history of his signature Washburn N4 model, and his experience in working with the guitar company from the very start of his career! The N4 is a fantastic guitar that the Music Zoo staff loves to play, and it was super cool to have the man himself in here talking about his affinity for the guitar as well!

Features of the Washburn N4

The Washburn N4 has lots of features that make it unique to Nuno's preferences: the 5-Bolt Stephens extended cutaway, Bill Lawrence bridge humbucker, and the specific positioning of the volume and pickup selector switch to make every tone change super fluid when playing on stage!
