Sneak Peek At The New USA Masterbuilt D’Angelico
D’Angelico, one of the most highly regarded names in the history of guitar building, is making a real comeback. The last few years we’ve seen some very nice and affordable guitars coming from the company, and now we’re ready for the main course: the USA Master Builder guitars. These are the real deal. USA made, hand crafted, tone-filled works of art. The first guitar out is called the “Style B”, and the early prototype was sent to Eric Clapton. The Music Zoo will be getting our paws on the next ones made. According to D’Angelico:
The Style B has a spruce top, maple back and sides, a maple neck, an ebony fretboard, and a straight-top ebony bridge. D’Angelico Stairstep tail piece.D’Angelico headstock with a beautiful headstock inlay pattern as the original Style B! The tuners are gold Grovers. The fretboard has simple block inlays at the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, and 15th frets The top and back of the guitar are bound in white/black/ white/black/white/black/white. The fholes are bound and their is a tortoiseshell pick guard & floating Lollar pickup. Deluxe D’Angelico hard case included….
