Z Vex Instant Lo Fi Junky Prototype Pedal
Posted on by ZooKeeper
The mad genius named Zachary Vex was at NAMM 2011 showing off a pedal that was only days old: the Instant Lo-Fi Junky. This is the sound of the Lo-Fi Loop Junky, in realtime. It’s possible to use just the compression with full fidelity, and then also mix the pure compression straight sound with the modulated sound to achieve a sweet chorus. Like most of Z Vex’s creations, this one can create a dizzying range of wild tones; unlike a lot of imitators those knobs really work.
