This is a one of a kind Esquire that was built for the 2009 NAMM show by Paul Waller, right before he was appointed a Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilder. It was on display with a Triumph Thruxton motorcycle, and with its handpainted body by the talented Sara Ray - it's easy to see how this Tele would match up with such a badass bike! The guitar has an aluminum top inlaid into the wood, with a matching headstock overlay as well. The guitar has a single Tele single-coil pickup, with a 3-way switch and volume/tone controls. This guitar was owned by Mike Eldred, who is the former manager of the Fender Custom Shop, and this Esquire does not include a Fender Certificate of Authenticity, however it comes with a signed letter of authenticity signed by Eldred along with a hardshell case. This is a guitar that will catch the eye of any Fender collector who wants a true showpiece of an instrument!
Includes: Hardshell Case, Letter of Authenticity Signed by Mike Eldred
