The Story

1958 1302 U2 Black

This is a vintage Silvertone 1302 U2 model with the original black finish and two lipstick pickups. These are always interesting guitars in that they've become playable pieces of history coming a long way from their entry-level mail-order catalog beginnings! The guitar is in overall very good condition; lots of cosmetic wear around the body and neck, the output jack has been moved to the top of the body, and for having original frets - the wear is pretty minimal! The neck is super straight, and plays cleanly with a low action. One pair of knobs looks newer than the others due to the different coloring. It includes a non-original gigbag, and is a ton of fun to play!

Includes: Gigbag
