The Story

1976 Les Paul Deluxe Wine Red

Here is a vintage 1976 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe in Wine Red over a 3-piece maple top with some nice figuring seen within the center piece. The guitar is in overall good condition; there are dings and scratches around the body from being played for decades. It retains the original electronics, hardware and frets. Speaking of frets, we believe it is due for a refret - the originals are worn quite low with some high spots in the upper register and pitting going up to the 12th fret. Other than the maintenance that comes with a guitar of its age, this one is still ready to go rocking for years, and includes the original case.
