This is a vintage Ibanez 2355 archtop electric model, built in 1977 with a natural finish over the spruce top and figured maple back and sides. The guitar is in very good overall condition with the original hardware and Super 70 humbuckers still on board. The most notable modification to this guitar is the addition of a back cavity to easily access the electronics harness. It's convenient, however not quite original to how we associate the looks of archtop electronics. There's a non-original pickguard included in the case which doesn't quite fit this guitar. There are some light bits of fretwear on the first three frets and a very small bit of fretwear to neck separation near the nut however its not moving or spreading. The hardware shows a bit of oxidation and the strap button has been moved from the heel to the back of the neck. The guitar plays quite nicely and includes the original hardshell case.
