This is a 1980 Gibson Les Paul Artisan in an ebony finish. The Artisan was produced during the Norlin-era as a high-end model to show off the craftsmanship of the Gibson factory with its vintage-banjo inspired appointments. There are hearts and flowers fretboard inlays, a pre-war pearl script headstock logo and Keytone button Gibson tuners. The guitar has playwear appropriate for a piece of its age, no headstock breaks or any repairs on this one. There are strap locks installed and the bridge was swapped out - with the original piece included in the hardshell case.
