The Story

1981 Rhoads Prototype Black

This is a 1981/82 Jackson Rhoads early prototype, originally purchased by Gary Pihl from Grover Jackson after his pre-production Soloist was stolen on stage. This guitar was on display at the NAMM show to promote the upcoming model. A very cool piece of '80s Jackson history!
