The Story

1982 The Flying V CMT Sunburst

This '80s classic from Gibson is a vintage 1982 'The Flying V' CMT (curly maple top) model finished in Sunburst. The guitar is in overall very good condition and has been kept up over the years with maintenance; a refret and planed fretboard as the original frets wore away which also gave way to a new nut being cut. There are Schaller strap locks which have been moved around a few times leaving behind screw holes, changed saddles on the bridge and a set of 1990s Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbuckers installed. The guitar includes the original Gibson hardshell case and is ready to rock for even more decades to come!

Includes: Original Hardshell Case
