This is Jackson history right here! This is the very first Jackson Kelly guitar made: ordered by Bradford Kelly of the Australian Heavy Metal band "Heaven" - the Kelly guitar is his original design and namesake as Jackson continued to develop the shape after this initial guitar was made. The guitar was what the Jackson 25th Anniversary "King Kelly" was based off of. This guitar was featured in the music video for Heaven's song "Where Angels Fear To Tread" alongside a second Jackson 'Tele'-style guitar which Bradford ordered for his bandmate Mark Evans. They're an awesome matching set as they both have a black finish with white bevel pinstripes or binding as you see on the Tele.
The guitar has a black finish with white body and headstock binding. The guitar was sent to Jackson in 2005 for a refinish and overhaul to make sure everything was looking and sounding fresh. There's a fixed bridge with fine tuners and two Seymour Duncan pickups with a master volume control and 3-way switch. It's a one of a kind Jackson that is up there with the rarest of them all, an excellent choice for anyone looking to perfect their collection!
