This piece of history is a Jackson King V in White, serialized as J0001 - the very first serialized guitar built in 1983. According to the serial log books from Jackson, this was built with the intention of getting it to Kenny Downing, better known as K.K. Downing of Judas Priest. For unknown reasons, it never made its way to K.K., but the hands of Jay Reynolds of Malice, and afterwards to Robbin Crosby of RATT. The guitar has a slim "U" shaped neck profile with a 22 fret rosewood board, two humbucking pickups with a single volume control and an early non-fine tuner Floyd Rose tremolo unit. The original case is included along with the tremolo arm, RATT show passes and a Japanese Metal fanzine featuring photos of Jay of Malice with this guitar.
Includes: Hardshell Case, Tremolo Arm, RATT & Malice Memorabilia
