1991 ES-165 Herb Ellis Hollowbody Sunburst Item Description

This is a used and in overall good to very good condition Gibson Herb Ellis ES-165 built in 1991, the first year of production for the model. This ES is a full hollowbody design with a beautiful set of figured laminate maple for the body, a florentine cutaway, single gold-covered Gibson neck humbucker and a trapeze tailpiece. There is light playwear throughout the guitar: scratches on the pickguard and a bit of swirl/scuffing in the finish but no dings - it's still a wonderful player and has the original case included.
