This is the Step Sister from B&G Guitars, as part of their Private Build series handmade in Israel. The Step Sister is based on the widely successful Little Sister design albeit with a longer neck that has 22 frets and a 16-fret neck joint, great for lead playing where you want to get all the way up the neck without hindrance. This Private Build has a ziricote fretboard as well as headstock overlay, and B&Gs own handwound P-90 pickups.
