We guarantee you’ve never played a Charvel quite like this one. This is a NAMM display piece and for good reason; a Chip Ellis Masterbuilt Style 2 with a reclaimed pine body and a maple neck that have both been roasted – giving the guitar resonance, sustain, and an incredibly light weight. This Style 2 barely has finish on it, and with all the the old screw holes still left in the body (the wood was reclaimed barn wood) combined with the tarnished copper hardware makes it incredibly eye-catching. The pickup is a gold foil wound by Lollar, and Chip customized the open back Grover tuners to fit six in a line on the back of the headstock.
