This high-end Collins Petite Bouche gypsy jazz guitar is based on the classic Selmer-Maccaferri design, though highly influenced by the pieces originally built after the departure of Maccaferri. It features a 14 fret neck, narrower fingerboard, and 5 horizontal soundboard braces. This Petite Bouche has plenty of volume and warmth! It boasts a select Lutz spruce top, and nicely bookmatched rosewood back veneers. The quartersawn walnut neck is topped with a 20" radius rosewood board, and the guitar boasts nice wood purflings and rosette. It also features an ebonized rosewood mustache style bridge and brass tailpiece with ebony insert. This guitar is in very good condition, with only light wear throughout, the largest spot of finish wear pictured. It includes the original hardshell case.
