The new for 2016 Fender American Elite Series takes the guitars that we’re all familiar with, and takes it to the next level up with excellent new features to give you a whole new playing experience. The Elite Series most notable feature is the compound neck shape, which transforms from a “C” at the top to a chunkier “D” as you move up the fretboard, giving you more to hold on to in your lead playing. The Elite Series comes with new 4th Generation Fender Noiseless single-coil pickups, which are even more true-to-form single coils without the associated 60 cycle hum.
The Elite Series Stratocaster is built for the Strat player for the 21st century, with its three Noiseless pickups, short-post tuning machines to provide an increased break angle behind the bone nut, giving you added tuning stability, and an S-1 switch for even more tonal versatility.
