We've all seen those funky pawn shop finds. Vintage guitars that have been modded to hell and back, with different pickups, changed wiring, a new set of tuners. Every once in a while, there's a diamond in the rough that's a fantastic player. We wanted to see what would happen if we took that concept to the Fender Custom Shop, and they've knocked it out of the park. This is a Hacksaw Relic '51 Nocaster built by Kyle McMillin with a Vintage Blonde finish. The finish has been worn down, with no pickguard except for the tan line of where it would have been, along with two routes for direct-mounted EVH Wolfgang humbuckers in the neck and middle positions, of course with a 5-way switch to get every tone you can dream of out of the guitar. You might call us crazy, but we call this guitar awesome!
