You know something this nuts would have to come from The Music Zoo: a used Zoo-spec Hacksaw Relic Tele. This is a build from 2021 back to find a new home and in excellent condition, almost unplayed condition. We've all seen those funky pawn shop finds. Vintage guitars that have been modded to hell and back, with different pickups, changed wiring, a new set of tuners. Every once in a while, there's a diamond in the rough that's a fantastic player. We wanted to see what would happen if we took that concept to the Fender Custom Shop, and they've knocked it out of the park. It's a '51 Nocaster built by Kyle McMillin with a Vintage Blonde finish. The finish has been worn down, with no pickguard except for the tan line of where it would have been, along with two routes for direct-mounted EVH Wolfgang humbuckers in the neck and middle positions, of course with a 5-way switch to get every tone you can dream of out of the guitar. You might call us crazy, but we call this guitar awesome.
