Here's an awesome 2016 Fender Custom Shop '61 Telecaster Custom, built by the very talented Masterbuilder Jason Smith! The Tele is double-bound like all Tele Customs and finished in a NOS 3-Tone Sunburst over a single-piece alder body. The guitar has a John English "C" neck profile which has a bit of meat to it unlike other '60s slimmer "C" shapes. The '63 Tele pickups are custom wound to have increased headroom and a 4-way switch has been installed for series switching options. The guitar is in excellent shape minus some light finish checking around the neck pocket! If you dig a vintage-feeling Tele with some player-friendly features - this one is it!
