Here is a Custom Collection guitar from the Fender Custom display at the 2017 NAMM Show. It seemed like inspiration really struck the builders in 2016, because this year’s show had some of the coolest, most forward thinking and excellent playing guitars we've seen in quite some time. These guitars all include a NAMM display certificate of authenticity. Here is an Artisan Jazzmaster built with a natural tinted lacquer finish over a Tasmanian blackwood body and medium-roasted AAA birdseye maple neck with a vintage Jazzmaster neck shape. The guitar has a round-lam African blackwood fretboard with a 9.5” radius and 21 6105 frets. Handwound Jazzmaster single-coils provide the high-fidelity chime, and a vintage tailpiece combined with the RSD J bridge gives you JM vibrato paired with the accuracy of modern intonation.
