This Strat combines vintage style, relic looks, and modern materials for a guitar that looks and feels as good as it sounds! The Maple neck and Ash body have both undergone a roasting process that eliminates excess moisture and sugars for rock-solid stability and extra punchy tones. The appointments are all 60's style, with a relic 3-Tone Sunburst finish, a vintage-style six-screw tremolo, and the classic Strat controls. We're loving the look of this Strat, how the roasting process has given way to a darker wood underneath the sunburst, and the darker maple color goes along with it quite nicely. The bridge pickup on this guitar had an internal short, so it was replaced with a matching output Fender Custom Shop 69’ bridge pickup, with the original bridge pickup included in the hard case. The case accessory pocket has some damage to it where it is not 100% attached to the case.
