'61 Stratocaster Relic Aged Firemist Silver over 3-Tone Sunburst Masterbuilt Dale Wilson Item Description

There's something to admire from every angle of this Strat! A '61 Stratocaster Masterbuilt and with a Heavy Relic color over color finish by Dale Wilson! The guitar features an Aged Firemist Silver over 3-Tone Sunburst finish, and it's truly something to behold. Lots of aging green in the Silver, and there are layers of paint stripped away to show the different shades of red in the burst. Cosmetics aside, the guitar has a comfortable '65 "C" profile carved to a AAA-grade flame maple neck, and an alder body. The electronics are Josefina Campos-handwound '60s single-coils with a RW/RP middle pickup and a blend control instead of a bridge tone control - helpful for rounding out the bridge pickup by blending in the neck.
