'62 Telecaster Custom Relic Electric Guitar Faded 3-Tone Sunburst Item Description
Looking at the back of this guitar...we swear if you change out the Custom Shop neckplate, you would have a pretty hard time telling that this wasn't a guitar that was nearing 54 years old. This is a double bound '62 Telecaster Custom reissue in a Faded 3-Tone Sunburst finish on an alder body. This '62 Tele is built with a comfortable oval "C" neck shape, and a modern 9.5" radius and 6105 frets for ease of playing and getting those bends in there before the notes choke out. Rounding out the electronics are a set of handwound Telecaster pickups and a modern wiring setup so that the tone control functions on the neck pickup as well as the bridge. An excellent reissue from the Fender Custom Shop 2016 collection.
